Regarding Black Mirror Season 7, what should we expect?
The epidemic caused a hiatus between seasons five and six in Black Mirror, but primarily out of convenience, season seven has undergone notable development since its release. Six fresh episodes for the season will feature a follow-up to the much-liked "USS Callister." Considered as one of the best episodes in the series, Jesse Plemons—a breakout actor from Breaking Bad—played Robert Daly, a game developer who had built a Star Trek-like experience for clones of his colleagues. Black Mirror's usual style dictates that the technical achievement backfires.
Netflix certifies Daly dead, but the problems of the USS Callister are only getting started. For the group, viewers should expect a fresh, maybe risky journey. Regarding the remaining episodes of season 7, audiences should expect the typical bells and whistles that accompany a Black Mirror episode—edgy, occasionally current, and sometimes prescient technology advancements—along with unexpected turns and twists.
Brooker Highlights the New Season
Underlining her love for the brand, Star Wars: The Acolyte showrunner Leslye Headland said in a recent interview how many seasons she believes the newest program would have. The Acolyte, the next Star Wars upcoming TV show release, is set for a two-episode premiere on June 4th on Disney+, The project is drawing a lot of interest partially because it marks a period in the Star Wars chronology not yet represented on-screen. The Acolyte will present the inner workings of the Jedi during the High Republic Era, set one hundred years before the prequel trilogy.
Showrunner Leslye Headland recently said in Collider that she would be happy to continue working on the program for the foreseeable future, hence this age definitely presents much for The Acolyte to study. Headland remarked, "This is the job I want. I'm saying three [seasons] since I'm hoping they'll let me do that, but if I could click my fingers, it would just be, this is my work till I retire. Working on Star Wars is the only higher creative or career pinnacle I can see. I am hence really rather good. I'm not especially driven to do anything else."
