Could a Suits movie truly come to pass?
Whether a movie or a television project, it is unknown whether the Suits cast will get back together for a suitable follow-up. Still, a number of elements point to a strong likelihood that something like a follow-up movie may happen. For one reason—many of the original cast members have showed a readiness to get back together. Apart from the ATX event, recent ads have included various show cast members. While Rafferty, Gina Torres, and Rick Hoffman all appeared together in an e.l.f. commercial, Adams and Macht were pushing T-Mobile.
The fact that Markle left the show during season 7 after marrying Prince Harry in 2018 marks a significant obstacle to a full Suits reunion.
Suits Cast Members On A Potential Reunion Film
Two of the Suits cast asked whether they would be interested in seeing a reunion film. Gabriel Macht, Patrick J. Adams, Meghan Markle, Sarah Rafferty, and others starred in the USA Network courtroom drama running for nine seasons between 2011 and 2019. Once the first eight seasons were available on Netflix, the show broke records for streaming popularity in 2023. Peacock offers the whole show. These events have generated speculations regarding a prospective Suits relaunch throughout the next few months.
Deadline claims that when speaking at a panel at ATX, the Suits ensemble was asked about the likelihood of a Reunion Movie. Adams said Aaron Korsh, the inventor, "is considering doing" a project with that aim and that he would be ready to come back for such a reunion. Referring to the three Psych follow-up films he has produced since the program ended in 2014, co-star Dulé Hill also underlined his relentless desire: he "would definitely want to do" another USA Network reunion film. Should the show get taken up to series, it appears likely that a movie might be postponed in order to avoid competing with the new project. Although this is yet unknown.
