New Superman Set Images Show James Gunn's Reboot's Legendary DC Universe Location
The first view of a famous Man of Steel location from the DC Universe comes from fresh Superman set images. Working on the DC Universe's Chapter 1, "Gods and Monsters," Warner Bros. Discovery and DC Studios are aggressively developing James Gunn and Peter Safran's redesigned series. Although David Corenswet's Superman movie is almost a year away from its theatrical debut, main filming is under progress now.
Thanks to DCU_Updates on X—formerly known as Twitter—a first view of Kent Farm in Gunn's Superman film has been shown with a red, yellow, and black home comprising the scene. Filming under the cover title "Genesis," on June 6, a Central Casting list indicates "IN NEED OF 6 month old babies, 3 year old boys, and 6 year old boys," implying that flashbacks featuring a young Clark Kent may be shot this coming week. Which Superman movie cast members will be on hand for the shoot is yet unknown.
How Different Superman's Kent Farm Is from Previous Live-Action Models
There is more to be seen in Gunn's Superman film since these pictures just offer one perspective of the DC Universe's Kent Farm. Given that this one is not a two-floor house, it is rather smaller than previous live-action renditions of the Kent farm. There might be additional Superman set pictures over the next days that show the Kent mansion more clearly.
The famous barn is clearly absent from the most recent Superman set images since it is generally shown as being somewhat near to the Kent house. Though it is not shown in any of the pictures, the power of movie magic may be readily used to add the barn using computer-generated imagery to give it the appearance of being next to the family house. Although that benefits them on the outside, the Superman crew might be filming the interior of any possible barn scene from another site.
How Superman Might Show Flashbacks Though Not An Origin Story
Though Gunn has said several times that Superman will not be the origin tale for Corenswet's Man of Tomorrow, flashbacks could still be used throughout. Should the future set be indeed used for flashbacks at the Kent farm, the film will probably show some pivotal events from Clark's youth in Smallville. Time will eventually tell how much Kent Farm will be utilized in Gunn's Superman narrative.

Superman: A DC Universe Restitution
James Gunn wrote and directed Superman, the first film in Warner Bros.' Rebooted DC Universe to highlight the title comic book hero. Honoring the character's foundations as "the embodiment of truth, justice and the American way," it presents a fresh rendition of the Man of Steel following Henry Cavill's leaving from the role.
The Man of Steel reboot features an amazing ensemble, and Superman will be the first movie James Gunn and Peter Safran releases in their DC Universe. Fans are waiting impatiently for the film to premiere since it promises to be a fresh interpretation of the venerable figure.
