Rings of Power Season 2: Sauron's One Ring Forging Plan Revealed!

The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power on Amazon Prime is an exciting journey back to Middle Earth, showing us new perspectives of these well loved characters! It looks like Sauron is going to be one of the major focuses!

Sauron's Masterpiece

Season 2 ends on a pretty dark note for fans of Sauron as the dark lord quietly works to amass everything needed to forge the infamous One Ring! We don't know exactly when the One Ring is going to be made! This latest season does drop a few interesting hints about how this dark lord is setting things up for something pretty crazy. The details show how Sauron learned a lot about how to really achieve this, by gaining insight from Celebrimbor! The ending to Season 2 of The Rings of Power reveals just how well this plan was created and that it involved quite a few items to make his weapon of choice. These items could have a deeper meaning and ultimately result in something totally awesome.

It’s not easy being a Dark Lord, but at least for Sauron it appears things went as planned, by manipulating Celebrimbor. We can only watch what happens and as the finale brings it all together! Fans can’t wait as it ends up with him controlling the 16 Rings of Power. The dark lord has the entire world of Middle Earth under his control now! It might be hard to imagine but what this looks like in Season 2 of The Rings of Power is how it gets him all set to take the next step. But before the big creation. He is planning to unleash his corrupted rings on the Dwarves and Men! We see that the Seven rings are going to the hands of Durin IV. After that he's giving out the Nine. His plan then shifts gears and focuses on the One Ring and there is no greater clue! In fact J.R.R. Tolkien never really went into the details, meaning that the team behind The Rings of Power have plenty of room to get creative. It might not go down how Tolkien envisioned it.

Morgoth's Iron Crown

There are many hints. What Sauron is focused on includes gaining several intriguing and ancient artifacts to add even more depth to this powerful being. These items look pretty powerful but if they did so well. The reason might even be surprising! Sauron, in Season 2 got his hands on Morgoth's Iron Crown and was able to use it against Adar! It ends up in Sauron's hands and is in possession when Season 2 of The Rings of Power ends.

If you are a dedicated fan of The Rings of Power this may give you a few things to be excited about. Sauron at the end of Season 2 was also seen taking Fëanor's hammer for his next big step. Fans may already recognize Fëanor and even if not, the elf made three important items- The Silmarils!

The Silmarils also came to be with the hammer, making this tool pretty remarkable! We all know that Sauron always takes interest in any magical item, and fans may not think it's so interesting now, however, what makes it noteworthy, Celebrimbor, and his big goals that are ultimately sabotaged by Sauron is truly inspiring.

A specific clue shows that his most recent item adds something pretty crazy! As he creates his next major weapon there is no better way than creating his masterpiece, by using the special power and sacrifices! Sauron gets crafty and gets a piece of the best material by using his own dark blood, not only will that add an additional element to his overall ability to use his weapons to control the power, his black blood can affect the power to the other Rings of Power. and will show an even greater connection to Ringwraiths. His unique methods aren't just creative, but showcase how the One Ring has his personal energy and it even made this most coveted object so deeply personal.

The Fires of Mount Doom

The latest installment has many memorable, iconic elements such as Mordor as its major location that made it memorable. The volcanic mountain also has significance as it has the ability to forge the legendary weapon as well as being the only spot that could be used to defeat it! At the end of Season 2 of Rings of Power the land was reclaimed by Sauron, after Adar was destroyed! That means Mordor now has the Fires of Mount Doom, the special forges that could build The One Ring!

That also means Sauron can unleash some of his magic! In The Rings of Power the most iconic weapons came together in one season! From this, Sauron gained Morgoth's Crown, Fëanor's Hammer and Sauron's blood, the only missing part was this forges! This epic event really brings audiences to the edges of their seats to find out when the most powerful artifact comes to Middle Earth!
