The anti-vigilante mayor of Gotham admits the Bat-Family is essential.
Christopher Nakano formerly worked for Gotham City Police Department. Nakano's life changed, though, during the Joker War when an explosion claimed his left eye and partner; he resented Batman for this. Nakano abandoned the GCPD and sprinted for Gotham City Mayor from a platform strongly anti-vigilante. Shortly after winning election, Nakano assisted the private military group Magistrate in eradicating all of Gotham's vigilantes. Though subsequently denounced them, Nakano was still fairly opposed vigilantes since he wasn ready for the drastic actions they did.
Nakano has seen from his time in government how much Gotham needs its heroes. Apart from the problems with Scarecrow and the Magistrate during "Fear State," he has also seen Failsafe and Zur-En-Arrh take over Gotham in a few days. The only things to have halted all of these events have been Gotham's vigilantes. Nakano has been in office long enough to see that opposing vigilantes in Gotham is simply illogical. Maybe this is a clue that the mayor of Gotham is at last ready to embrace the Bat-Family completely.
Gotham is lastly choosing a mayor capable of working with Vigilantes.
Gotham boasts a past of troublesome mayors. Nakano wants to do good for the city despite his dubious office decisions; yet, he has let his personal disdain of vigilantes interfere. Still, it seems as though the mayor is at last realizing that the Bat-Family is very necessary for preserving the city's security with all the wild incidents he has seen. Although he doesn't seem ready to come out fully in support yet, the Bat-Family could have a mayor ready to collaborate with them shortly enough.

"It's A Real Issue" - Sydney Sweeney's Horror Movie Director Shares One Viewer Criticism Agrees With
Perfect director Michael Mohan reports he shares a viewer worry. Originally shown in theatres earlier this year, the horror thriller stars Sydney Sweeney as Cecilia, a young nun joining an apparently beautiful Italian convent only to discover something horrible under surface level. Critics mostly gave Immaculate flawless marks; Sweeney's performance is especially highlighted.
Now, following Immaculate's digital release, Mohan responds to a user on X, formerly Twitter, complaining about the way some VOD services are displaying. The user in question comments he "can hardly make out what's happening on screen" and characterizes the movie as "comically dark." See Mohan's answer down below:
"I know, man." says Mohan. "This was not done on intent either. Every platform's compression specs are beyond our control. Looking at them all, iTunes is the closest to what we wanted and brighter than the others; it's a real problem that truly bothers me.
Gotham's controversial "Child Soldiers" at Last Get the Respect Their #1 Hater
Finally warmed to them is one of Bat-Family's primary critics. Gotham is falling into total anarchy as a practically relentless enemy targets the city. Nevertheless, the closest friends of the Dark Knight are there to turn the tide, hence their most well-known critic praises them.
In Batman #148 by Chip Zdarsky and Jorge Jiménez, Zur-En-Arrh is poised on the brink of forcibly changing Gotham. Using the robots Zur-En-Arrh has been running to keep Blackgate Penitentiary under control, the sick new Batman has closed every access and exit to the city.
The debatable side of the Bat-Family
DC Comics now publish Batman # 148 (2024).
Zur-En-Arrh is poised in Batman #148 by Chip Zdarsky and Jorge Jiménez to fundamentally change Gotham by force. With the robots Zur-En-Arrh running Blackgate Penitentiary under control, the warped new Batman has closed every access and exit to the city.
Mayor Nakano confronts the matter with newly appointed Police Commissioner Vandal Savage and probes his intended course of action. Batman's allies are already on the scene battling the Failsafe robots, Savage says. Nakano agrees that the Bat-Family is more vital than ever even if they should get the crew imprisoned.
