Green Lantern: DC's World War V Is Super Epic!
DC Comics just brought back the DC vs. Vampires story, with a crazy new battle. It's gonna be epic because the Green Lanterns - John Stewart and Kyle Rayner - are gonna fight some seriously wicked vampire hordes.
Wait, The Green Lanterns Are in This Vampire War?
- Yup! You know those Green Lantern rings, and those Green Lantern constructs ? We are talking about this intense three-way fight, which is so much more complicated than the usual "Green Lantern Corps" against the baddies! It's really weird and super cool!
- Think "Vampire Queen Barbara Gordon" - that's right, she transformed! They even have a "Human Resistance Leader - that's Oliver Queen - and there's this "Vampire Guerilla Leader" called Damian Wayne. We don’t want to say what happens, but things definitely take a super strange twist.
- We are going back in time for this! It's like the Elseworlds series from DC Comics!
What's This About Rhino Knights and Rhinos?
- The coolest Green Lantern construct - in my opinion! In the first DC vs. Vampires: World War V comic, they get attacked as soon as they get to Earth! Turns out everyone, including their teammates, has become zombies. So, guess what they do! They summon some incredible constructs - it's wild. John Stewart uses his power to morph into a Rhino - it's the craziest Green Lantern construct, ever!
- Kyle Rayner is on the same side as John Stewart, so they team up for some serious battle! You know those cool Emerald Knights? He turns into a knight! It's a "Green Lantern duo"!
What Will Happen?
So many wild twists! Fans have already seen a super spooky cover! Wonder Woman is the main Vampire bad guy - so, it doesn’t look like John and Kyle are going to have it easy! There might be a chance they are turned into vampires - especially if we consider this variant cover - with Wonder Woman holding that blood-stained Green Lantern ring in her hand. This new Elseworlds series from DC Comics has always delivered some awesome twists with that crazy dark world. There is something about Vampire Barbara Gordon and how she leads the vampire horde, that's crazy!
There is some kind of crazy three-sided battle that you really need to see for yourself - especially with that amazing animation. This is the perfect combination of all the epic fights, action, and suspense, that DC fans love!
