You might be surprised to hear it, but Deku is a teacher, and not just any teacher, a hero teacher at U.A. High School in "My Hero Academia." It may not be what fans expected, but Deku's super cool story takes an amazing turn, even if All Might isn't there to pass down his "One for All" powers anymore.
How did Deku End Up as a Teacher?
- Remember Deku? He's the main character of "My Hero Academia," - the guy who didn't have any superpowers, quirks, but then, by chance, got the chance to become a hero! The whole thing with his quirk didn't stick around forever. So the final chapter of "My Hero Academia" showed Deku stepping up to become a hero teacher! What a turn around.
- It's a big shift in the story. After those intense years, learning those unique abilities and how to use his superpowers, he finally went back to those classmates, at U.A. High School, to teach a whole new generation. He was so amazing! That was actually how Deku's journey turned out to be. It took those big villains like those villainous forces to change him.
