Who Are the New Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles?
Remember that crazy "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Last Ronin" comic? Well, those four awesome turtles are long gone, and the Last Ronin is gone, too, so that means new guys (or should we say guys?) are taking over - they're a new generation!
Who Replaced the Original Ninja Turtles?
This time, we have a new team called Uno, Moja, Odyn and Yi - totally different names. They got the okay to fight crime from April O'Neil's family. Remember how cool April's daughter, Casey Marie, is? These turtles even get a Turtlemobile.
What Makes The New Turtles Different?
- Their looks are way different! You know those iconic blue, red, purple and orange bandannas worn by the original Ninja Turtles? Forget that. These turtles rock their own battle masks.
- They each have a different look! There’s even a cool, techy-looking mask that's super futuristic.
- You can't miss this Last Ronin Turtle Team! The way they look, in these TMNT Comics, gives a really unique style to the TMNT, with everyone having a really cool, unique design, especially when it comes to the masks - It's super awesome.
Where Did These Battle Masks Come From?
April, and Casey Marie, said to the new turtle team - "cover your faces, no one wants those ugly reptile mugs on TV!" And we are glad! It is kind of wild and super cool - how it adds some really distinct personality!
The cool thing is, these new turtles are not only super tough, but they're all about justice! Last Ronin showed that these new turtles are worthy. It even has these cool Last Ronin Battle Masks - super different! This is gonna be one of those TMNT storylines that really stand out.
Did They Get Rid of The Bandannas?
The original team - the turtles that we know and love: Leonardo, Michelangelo, Raphael, Donatello - have done some truly amazing things in the TMNT universe, They were heroes, but it's their turn to step aside and for the new TMNT to have a chance.
These four brothers - those cool Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - were legendary and were definitely an iconic crew, and those bandannas? That visual design is so cool - but guess what, the new turtles know how to rock those masks, and those masks are definitely in the next phase of their story! It's just going to take a lot to live up to what they did! But it might just be amazing.
