What Is Happening With Czarnia and Amanda Waller?
You might think that Czarnia is just a dead planet - a total wasteland! Well, that was Lobo's doing. But DC Comics is turning this around for us! Now, this crazy place has become Amanda Waller's new headquarters and she is keeping a really powerful Mother Box on it! So, things have got pretty wild for our favorite DC Universe characters!
Who is On This Dangerous Planet?
Batman and Catwoman have this amazing plan: they team up to make it on to this dangerous world, because that Mother Box has gotta go. They travel through this crazy space warp called a Boom Tube and wind up facing off with a bunch of scary creatures and, get this, the Suicide Squad! Not only that but Batman figures out that Waller used Czarnia as this secret base to escape, to bury her family - that's crazy!
Will They Get Off The Planet?
- Batman and Catwoman might not make it out of Czarnia. But that is probably just what DC comics writers want to make it extra exciting!
- Batman #151 actually provides a super cool hint about what's happening! We are told Batman's got revenge on his mind after he gets back to Earth. Maybe that means he had to leave Catwoman stuck behind to face Waller?
What Is This Whole “Absolute Power” Story About?
Amanda Waller is basically going around taking metahuman powers from all these super awesome DC Comics characters because she wants them totally dependent on her! Now, Batman, the ultimate DC Universe detective and Catwoman are trying to stop Waller! It seems she has some evil plot in the works and wants all those great metahumans and super villains locked up -
