This is insane! They took us on a crazy wild ride in Season 5. "Solar Opposites," the series we love for being so offbeat and crazy - is totally gonna be different for the next seasons! They flipped the script completely with a new gadget and totally turned the whole story on its head.
Wait, is Solar Opposites Fake?!
- Remember "What If...?", that crazy animated Marvel show? Solar Opposites has something just like it - a "What If Machine" that gives the aliens a way to see alternate universes.
- It gets crazier - they decide to use this "What If" machine and get some wild answers about how their lives would be if things were just a tiny bit different!
- The totally epic part is that all five seasons - yeah, every one! - are actually just one crazy "What If?" scenario - it’s mind blowing!
Who Turned on The "What If" Machine?
- It turns out, their original team leader from Shlorp just got so angry he pressed the "What If?" machine's button - before they even went to Earth!
- He basically wanted to see what things would be like if Korvo was the leader!
What Does the Real Solar Opposites Universe Look Like?
- Things were super different. Korvo would just be a janitor doing all the work! In that "What If?" reality they even get to terraform the Earth. They actually succeeded in making it into Shlorp!
- That means, without Korvo's "leadership," things really go downhill in the real Solar Opposites timeline! It's insane how one button change affects the universe. And here's the really trippy part - they know about it - the characters in "Solar Opposites," but they've decided not to change anything.
Wait - there's a new villain in Solar Opposites?
Yup! At the end, we meet that Shlorpian! He’s stuck on some piece of his home planet - but guess what, he is coming after them! This makes us think the upcoming Solar Opposites Season 6 is going to be totally awesome because he'll be set on turning things around!
Solar Opposites always throws in super strange twists, which makes it the best - if you like Adult Animation with super hilarious and kinda-weird humor. And there's so much about that "Solar Opposites Universe!" They make it seem super believable.
