Why Force & Power Book II: Ghost Are Both Ending Power Book IV: Force
News of Power Book II: Ghost season 4 and Power Book IV: Force season 3 marking the end of both spinoffs dealt a severe blow recently to the Power world. Tommy and Tariq's stories most likely won't be finished by the end of Power Book II: Ghost season 4 and Power Book IV: Force season 3 as Starz intends further Power-related episodes.
Tommy and Ghost's younger years will be followed in a forthcoming prequel, Power: Origins. If Curtis eventually transfers over to Power: Origins, it won't be shocking given the cost-cutting at Starz will probably prevent Power Book III: Raising Kanan from returning for season 6. From a commercial aspect, it makes sense to move on with one prequel since at some point the chronology of Power Book III: Raising Kanan will be the same as the future spinoff.
