Matt Bomer is one of those actors who's been around for a while now, and fans may know him for several big roles! However, many people still might be surprised at just how versatile he is! Let's take a look at his impressive range!

Matt Bomer's White Collar Success

Many fans became aware of Matt Bomer in the USA Network show White Collar. Bomer, the main star of this amazing TV show, played Neal Caffrey, a charming con man, who has the golden opportunity to work for the FBI and gain his freedom by using his talents! He partners up with the tough and resilient Peter Burke, the very detective who originally apprehended Caffrey!

This series does something pretty compelling- we get Caffrey who slowly leaves his life of crime! Fans really liked Bomer's performance, however what made Caffrey really shine was not just that it brought out these characteristics, the persona of Neal Caffrey and his appealing persona, which included his handsome looks.

A Different Kind of Role- Doom Patrol

It looks like Bomer wasn't about to rest on his laurels! The DC Universe took on Bomer, bringing a really new experience! A chance to show audiences the incredible amount of range that Bomer could offer and also for the fans who hadn't had the chance to catch Bomer doing different characters!

Fans of the series Doom Patrol might recognize him playing Larry Trainor or Negative Man. The writers of this special, incredible series created an interesting scenario!

  • Bomer is totally hidden behind bandages almost throughout the series! This is a totally different persona in comparison to Neal Caffrey and that persona brought many surprises.
  • Larry Trainor is vastly different than the previous characters, too. Where Neal Caffrey finds redemption, Trainor tries to hide and is ultimately possessed by something far darker, a negative energy being.
  • There is even an entirely different vibe as Doom Patrol goes beyond the norm! Unlike White Collar. it explores themes of fantasy, superheroes, and the strange world of supervillains.

Matt Bomer's Success Beyond White Collar

With White Collar finished, and his experience in Doom Patrol complete, Bomer really had to show his versatility! He took on lots of movies after White Collar. From a fun-filled movie like "Magic Mike XXL" ( 2015), and returning for "Magic Mike's Last Dance" ( 2023).

His performance helped push him into other projects!

  • Maestro(2023)

The list is long but the TV credits also kept rolling in for Bomer. One that truly stood out is his great part as "Dan" in the fifth season of "American Horror Story."! What stands out? Bomer's appearance and acting abilities really helped make this actor a well-known part of DC productions!

Beginning in 2021, Bomer started as the incredible voice of "The Flash," and fans went crazy. There's another incredible surprise for everyone.

There is something so satisfying about the long list of credits!

  • His first foray in the role happened with "Justice Society: World War II" and it quickly shot to stardom!

  • He really dominated and became the recognizable voice of "The Flash" three times in four films!
