Ahsoka season 2 is under development, thus Sati's most likely path for a Star Wars comeback looks to be Disney+. Following Skoll for most of the season, the episode finally saw Sakhno's character change her loyalties from Skoll and towards Lars Mikkelsen's Admiral Thrawn, who presented her with a position of authority in his efforts to rebuild the Galactic Empire. Unfortunately for her, though, after Rosario Dawson's former Jedi Padawan effectively overpowered her and the squadrons of Night Troopers she brought to murder Sabine Wren and Ezra Bridger, Thrawn, Skoll and Elsbeth abandoned her.
There are several possible routes for the character's destiny in Ahsoka season 2 as Hati is now left without the companions she once had and is now partnering with the bandits on Peridea. Though they turned down Tano's offer of atonement in the season 1 finale, Sabine and Ashoka are all caught on the same Noti homeworld planet, which could allow Ashoka to reach Hati and point her toward the Light Side of the Force.
Following Shin Hati's spectacular debut on the Disney+ program Ahsoka, a new Star Wars Black Series character is commanding attention. Introduced to the Lucasfilm universe as Ray Stevenson's Dark Jedi Baylan Skoll's apprentice, Ivanna Sakhno plays Hati. She was rescued by him from Order 66 and helps him in his quest of more power working with Diana Lee Inosanto's Morgan Elsbeth and under his machinations with Admiral Thrawn. Ahsoka season 2 is under production at Lucasfilm, however the future of the franchise for her and the others is yet unknown.

Playing Vernestra Rwoh in Star Wars' forthcoming TV series The Acolyte, Rebecca Henderson has provided some specifics on her incredible weapon—the lightwhip. Originally known as the Extended Universe, Star Wars Legends first showed this lightsaber type, formally incorporated into the High Republic era. Vernestra is the Jedi who uses the purple weapon; her character in the books and comics from the High Republic constantly displays this. Henderson is divulging some details on the lightwhip prior to its release; it will lastly be seen in live-action.
Talking with Collider, Henderson provides viewers with information on the weapon's activation into its whip form and the dangers involved in using it. She begins by detailing the method, noting that a "twist" in the hilt lets the lightsaber turn into a whip, then she proceeds to explain why Vernestra can perform this so naturally. She can even use the Force to activate this power having carried the weapon for many years and now known with it.
