Every Pokémon TCG Set Still Releasing In 2024
The Pokémon Trading Card Game is still going strong in 2024, with several exciting sets scheduled for release. We're in the second half of the year and while there may not be many sets coming out in the next few months, there's a whole lot to look forward to!
Shrouded Fable
First up, we have Shrouded Fable, releasing on August 2nd. This spooky set is inspired by the Teal Mask expansion for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. It features an awesome group of Pokémon from throughout the generations and is sure to get collectors excited.
Shrouded Fable is based on the Night Wanderer set from Japan and it's full of amazing cards. Some of the highlights include:
- Pokémon ex like Okidogi, Munkidori, Pecharunt, Fezandipiti, and Revavroom.
- A huge group of Dark-type Pokémon like Absol and Zoroark.
- Trainer cards featuring characters like Cassiopeia, Colress, Janine, and Xerosic.

Stellar Crown
Coming on September 13th, Stellar Crown is the next big release. It's based on two Japanese sets, Stellar Miracle and Battle Academy, and features some of the newest mechanics in the Pokémon TCG. This set features a mix of Pokémon ex and Terastal Pokémon, so you'll be able to find some amazing new cards.
Get ready to collect these awesome cards:
- Tera variants of Pokémon ex like Terapagos, Cinderace, and Lapras.
- Trainer Cards with characters like Briar, Crispin, Kofu, and Lacey.
- An Illustration Rare featuring Zeraora and one featuring a Tera Terapagos ex.
- Secret Rares featuring Raboot, Joltik, Crabominable, Ledian, Lileep, Hydrapple ex, and the Briar Trainer card.
- Illustration rares of Bulbasaur and Squirtle.
Surging Sparks
Finally, we have Surging Sparks slated for release on November 8th. It's believed to be based on three Japanese sets: Supercharged Breaker, Paradise Dragona, and Stellar Starter Sets. This set will be all about Electric- and Dragon-type Pokémon, and will feature some cool Tera versions of classic starters. The star of the show is Tera Pikachu ex, but we'll have to wait for the Japanese sets to be released for more details.
