Among the most potent beings on the planet are the Seraphim.
Although the world of One Piece could have the Ancient Weapons supposed to be able for mass destruction, the most intelligent man created his group of ultimate living weapons with a lethal mix of science and Devil Fruit magic. Thanks to the manipulation and duplication of elements of the practically perfect Lunarian race, a people whom even Zoro found difficult to cut, the Seraphim acquired incredibly robust bodies. For 99% of the people on the planet, the DNA of former Warlords and a great customizing of Devil Fruit powers makes the Seraphim practically unbeatable.
Several moments in the Egghead Island arc have feature the Seraphim in combat against strong pirates known worldwide for their devastating prowess. Characters like Blackbeard and Zoro have collided with Dr. Vegapunk's ultimate lifeforms, but given the arc's abundance of essential and quick-moving story arcs, those climatic conflicts were somewhat fleeting. And it only got worse with certain conflicts involving fan-favorite characters occurring off-screen in the manga.
The strongest forms of humanity should be off-screened no more.
The Five Elders claim that Dr. Vegapunk, and his satellites, have power above agents of CP-0 but less than the rulers of One Piece's planet, according to the hierarchy of persons that can control the Seraphim. On Egghead Island, there were no Elders, hence almost everyone was surprised when the terrifying creations attacked the heroes. Though some of their brief conflicts are depicted in the manga, a startling leap ahead in chapter #1089 bypasses the battle when the Straw Hats and CP-0 overcome the Seraphim and defeat the Egghead traitor.
The Egghead arc of One Piece reveals shockingly a lot of story outside from the titular island. After Luffy and Lucci's forces begin to fight the Seraphim, Kid's fight against Shanks, Garp's rescue of Coby, and the actual events of The Reverie between Imu and Sabo all start to play out. Though every one of those events will surely be a delight to see animated, the Anime shows how York and the Seraphim were defeated, therefore filling in those voids.
The Anime of One Piece Has Enhanced Upon The Manga Before And Is Capable Once Again
The best way to define what the turmoil on Egghead Island turns into is a battle royale. After the very remarkable Wano arc, the tale keeps interesting with heartbreaking emotions and fierce battles involving Kuma and Bonnie's past, the Five Elders, the Marines, and Dr. Vegapunk's creations. Though many Anime enthusiasts are eager to be adapted, the arc includes plenty of major conflicts that One Piece's anime has the potential to highlight not found in the manga.
Often with amazing animation and direction, One Piece's anime-only sequences have previously done a fantastic job of depicting situations the Manga hardly addressed. One recent instance was the abduction of Charlotte Pudding, the Poneglyph-reading daughter of Big Mom, and the terrible defeat of Charlotte Cracker. As Blackbeard Pirates, Van Augur, and the erstwhile chilly Admiral Kuzan destroyed Cracker's tough Biscuit Soldiers and froze over a whole city to get what they desired, the anime-original sequence highlighted their terrible combined powers. The cover story of the manga hardly touched on the terrible battle between Kuzan and Cracker, something the reclaiming of Egghead Island did not even receive. Fans were taken aback, too, by the anime version of the Egghead arc's longer sequences including Gear 5 Luffy vs Awakened Lucci and the Seraphim's initial attack on Punk Records. The amazing teaser on One Piece's YouTube channel for episode #1109 suggested that the next fight between Seraphim S-Hawk and S-Bear could once more transcend what was in the comic.
The Seraphim Are About To Get Scarier Than Ever
Given the events occurring throughout the Egghead Island arc, it is reasonable that Eiichiro Oda did not spend more time illustrating how frightening the Seraphim may be. Fortunately, One Piece's animation offers the gift of hindsight from the events of the Manga and can commit the means and preparation to more fully cover thrilling moments. Based on the promo for episode #1109, the team-up between Luffy, Zoro, Kaku, and Lucci against the Seraphim based on Hawkeye and Kuma will be receiving particular attention thanks to some of the most gifted animators employed at Toei.
The extra time and money spent activating events like Luffy against Lucci and the forthcoming confrontation against Dr. Vegapunk's so-called "Strongest Forms of Humanity" can help create buzz and cushion for the manga. Many of the fans would probably prefer more extended fight scenes than hurriedly cut-together flashback sequences. Though One Piece's anime has the potential to change how fans view the Seraphim and include off-screen Battles to highlight how far the heroes have gone, creating the dazzling action sequences requires much more work than some viewers know.
