Release Date and Time of One Piece Episode #1114
Though it was a slow-paced episode, One Piece episode #1113 still prepared the ground for another outstanding one in episode #1114. The interlude from Egghead Island in the story keeps to be fascinating, and there is still lots to look forward.

What happened in Episode 1113 of One Piece?
Following Koby's incarceration on Pirate Island, Blackbeard revealed in One Piece episode #1113, "Run, Koby! A Desperate Escape Strategy," Blackbeard's master plan was to have the World Government acknowledge Pirate Island as a sovereign nation and he intended to use Koby as a negotiating chip. Blackbeard told Koby that wouldn't work since he belonged to SWORD, to which Kuzan clarified that meant Koby was in a situation whereby the Marines could disavow him at any moment. Blackbeard stayed imprisoned on Pirate Island though he still felt he could use Koby for something.
Koby was rescued during his detention by Perona, who released him in return for Koby helping her to be free from Moria. Koby grudgingly agreed, then fled carrying scores of hostages. Sadly, Avalo Pizarro of the Blackbeard Pirates swiftly found them and dispatched everyone after using his Isle-Isle Fruit powers to merge with the island. Using his five star i.e. 500 million Berry bounty from Cross Guild, Koby acted as bait so the other prisoners might attempt to flee.
Things were looking bad for Koby, with a heavy ball and chain around his leg and hundreds of pirates on his tail, but just then the other SWORD members showed up to save him. Other pirates were assaulted by Kujaku, the granddaughter of Vice-Admiral Tsuru, and her strong Whip-Whip Fruit; some members attacked the Blackbeard Pirates with clay bodies. Though it was underlined at the conclusion of the episode that Garp had gone with SWORD to rescue Koby and was about to start his attack on Pirate Island, Koby's main point of hope came from this.
One Piece Suggests One Character Still Working With The Heroes
Although it was shocking to learn Kuzan joined the Blackbeard Pirates, One Piece episode #1113 raises questions regarding possible motivations. Kuzan claims that members of SWORD are permitted to engage in activities typically forbidden for Marines in exchange for having their actions disavowed on an official level, thus Kuzan only joined the Blackbeard Pirates to spy on them as a member of SWORD. X Drake has precedent in doing the same thing with the Beast Pirates, thus hopefully the series will provide a definite response very soon.
Anime Falls Back Into Some Of Its Worst Pacing Problems One Piece Has
Though sadly the pacing fell short of that, One Piece episode #1113 was a fantastic visual front. One Piece's Anime has always been notorious for its slow pace to the point of only ever adapting one chapter at best per episode, and sure enough, One Piece episode #1113 not adapting an entire chapter of the manga made it difficult to sit through and made its ending notably awkward in structure. Though other than that, the pacing left much to be desired. Expanding on Perona helping Koby escape was good to see.
If there is any upside to that, though, episode #1114 ought to be of higher quality. Based on the preview alone, One Piece episode #1114 will be another with amazing visuals, particularly surrounding Garp's Galaxy Impact. Episode #1114 will cover Garp's legendary entrance into the fight. That will more than make up for the One Piece anime dropping the ball with episode #1113 and is most likely among the best episodes of the show.
