Where James Gunn's DC Universe might first feature Deathstroke?
Although several DC Universe Chapter 1 films might feature Deathstroke, it would be most logical to introduce him as part of the Teen Titans film. Within the comics, Deathstroke is among the Teen Titans' main enemies. Although the team hasn't had much on film, the Teen Titans received their attention on the live-action TV show Titans on Max, which examined the conflict against Deathstroke.
He would be a fantastic villain in the Teen Titans movie, with a Deathstroke-worthy menace. But even if he initially belongs to the Teen Titans franchise, it might set Slade to come up in subsequent DC Universe films and TV shows. Though he probably isn't in The Brave and The Bold, Teen Titans could provide a launching pad for him to someday star in a sequel.
DC formally introduces the startling relative of an iconic Gotham Hero.
Characters in the Bat-Family often find themselves settling down and beginning families. For years, Nightwing and Batgirl have been flirting with the concept; Batman has tried marriage and has had children. But the unexpected granddaughter DC has just unveiled comes from eminent family guy Commissioner James Gordon.
Mark Russell and Michael Allred's Dark Age #3 is recounted from Batman's point of view as he resides in a nursing home penning a book on his former exploits. Inspired by his psychiatrist—who happens to be the granddaughter of James Gordon, Nightwing and Barbara Gordon—shown on new preview pages—he accomplishes this at her encouragement.
James Gunn Answers Concern About Whether Major Justice League Villain Plans Included
James Gunn might have confirmed that a big Justice League villain is about to enter the DC Universe. Following the end of the DCEU in 2023, Gunn's DC Universe is now under development, therefore ushering a new age of DC movies and TV shows. As several movies and shows are under development, it will also feature fresh iterations of some DC canon heroes and villains.
Commenting on a Gunn Instagram picture, a fan pleaded to "please wink if you have plans for Deathstroke, I am waiting for my boy to shine for so long." Gunn responded with a winking emoji not too long later, apparently verifying Slade Wilson's inclusion into the new DC Universe.
The DC Universe: Examining its Past
One of the largest comic book franchises, the DC Universe regularly rivals Marvel.Malcolm Wheeler-Nicholson launched National Allied Publications in 1935, then changed it to DC Comics. Thousands more comic books, movies, TV programs, and video games have sprung from the brand since then. With Zack Snyder unveiling Henry Cavill as Superman, 2013 signaled the start of the most recent version of the superheroes. Following many films with conflicting reviews, DC had a gentle reboot under James Gunn and Peter Safran.
Deathstroke is a part that will probably be recast with some amazing options; the DC Universe will see some fresh actors as classic characters.

Seeing Deathstroke be part of a villainous organization opposing the heroes would be interesting anytime DC Studios gets around to filming a Justice League movie.
Though it was disheartening to watch the DCEU waste Deathstroke, Gunn's DC Universe is obviously trying to offset that. For now, though, the DC Universe viewers will have to wait patiently until Gunn divulges more specifics regarding Deathstroke's cinematic reinterpretation.
