This genius TVA scientist is the mastermind behind the TVA Guidebook, this thing that's basically a instruction manual for keeping the entire universe running! OB's crucial in helping Loki deal with time-travel abilities; transforming Loki from mischievous God to the seriously awesome God of Stories; making this entire transformation incredibly impactful. He also reprogrammed Miss Minutes before happily going back to work!

We talked with Quan about his new action-comedy, Love Hurts (dropping a week before Valentine’s Day!). When he was asked concerning that question: Will we see OB again? He mentioned how much he loves playing OB. Quan doesn’t actually say yes or no. But the hint was extremely good – "If the audience loves O.B., we’ll bring him back," said Kevin Feige according to Quan! So here is the main take away; this is completely up to audience reception – the only thing that will matter, apparently. He says that “we couldn’t really promote Loki because of that actor’s strike." Meaning that OB’s potential wasn’t seen nearly as well as it possibly could've!

Why OB's Return Is So Likely (Despite Those MCU Hurdles)

MCU characters almost always return; no matter what’s happened earlier, or however those characters seemed to die in those prior installments – it's something common in this particular series. Considering the fates of other characters in Loki season 2, OB’s return seems extremely possible! We had some huge figures involved with Loki – like Jonathan Majors' He Who Remains; or his other appearances such as Victor Timely! Unfortunately, Majors' legal problems removed these versions of Kang, which means there is this huge opportunity; meaning it's likely this opening would greatly allow and boost OB's chances!

We also know where Sylvie Laufeydottir and Mobius M. Mobius are – their plot lines essentially completed; creating strong character growth and resolution to earlier plots. OB’s story, however, only just began.
