Barriss Offee’s journey following the events from the Clone Wars series saw much fan speculation until Tales of the Empire released providing an explanation for her transformation following the events of her anti-Jedi rebellion. Tales of the Empire illustrates Offee becomes an Inquisitor after the Clone Wars hunting down the remaining Jedi for the newly formed Empire and Darth Vader showing that her previous dislike for Jedi ways stemming from corruption of the clone wars. Barriss ultimately abandoned her role as Inquisitor joining others while choosing healing which shows that she remained true to her light side beliefs after experiencing some of the greatest evils present in the world at that time.
