When Is "Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse" Coming Out?
We can't wait for that animated Spider-Verse sequel to "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse" - "Beyond the Spider-Verse" - it left us all with that crazy cliffhanger! Now, there are some pretty exciting details.
Did They Get Delayed?
- Yep! That original Release Date was back in March 2024. But guess what - it didn't happen. They pulled the movie from that release calendar! It was actually in July 2023 that it was delayed. It was all because of the crazy SAG-AFTRA strike! Everyone had to stop recording. But that's why Karan Soni, the voice of the Indian Spider-Man, just gave us a behind-the-scenes update. That is some major news!
- He hinted that they're getting ready for some new voice recording sessions!
- It's a big movie! Since it is animation - you gotta give those filmmakers lots of time, you know. So this new info seems like "Beyond the Spider-Verse" could be around the corner - we're looking at 2025! They have to meet those high standards! But we will have to see.
What's Happening in "Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse"?
We don't have a whole lot to go off of - but it's gonna be crazy! Imagine Miles Morales making that epic interdimensional trip. This was hinted at the end of "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse" with those wild villains trying to change things - it was intense!
Has There Been Trouble Making the Film?
Yeah, the making of "Across the Spider-Verse" was hard. Those people working on the Animation, they put in some crazy long days. I can't blame the actors for not getting back on set after all of that!
It's cool that they're not trying to rush anything to get it out, which is awesome. We've gotta have some faith in Marvel Studios, and we've gotta trust Sony Pictures Entertainment, because they've done a great job so far. We really are waiting for that awesome final installment in "Beyond the Spider-Verse"! I hope it lives up to those high standards and maybe gets a release earlier in 2025!
It's so much more exciting when these movie makers bring in "Deadpool 4" and all kinds of new, crazy, awesome Spider-Man variants!
We love those Upcoming Marvel movies - and this next one looks amazing - that's for sure!
