With the official Terrifier 3 trailer out, get ready for a terrible Christmas. Under Damien Leone's direction, the much awaited sequel has David Howard Thornton's terrible Art The Clown returning on Christmas Eve with his brand of blood-soaked anarchy for Miles County.
Terrifier 3 picks up where its forerunner left off, Art carrying on his murderous spree. This time, he's terrorizing gullible victims on Christmas Eve while bringing a twisted holiday vibe. The teaser hints at a terrifying scenario in which Art uses his graphic brand of violence to leave a path of carnage behind. The teaser also provides a glimpse into the horrific reality of Sienna (Lauren Lavera), once more thrown into a desperate struggle for survival against the unrelenting Art The Clown.
Terrifier 3's forthcoming arrival marks the great success of its predecessor, Terrifier 2. On a production budget of just $250,000, Terrifier 2 turned out to be a surprise box office hit generating almost $16 million in income. With its original brand of extreme horror, the film attracted viewers with its unsettling images and violent narrative.
Apart from David Howard Thornton as the horrific Art the clown, Terrifier 3 welcomes Lauren LaVera as Sienna Shaw and Elliot Fullam as her brother Jonathan. Samantha Scaffidi, the first final girl from the first movie, also makes a comeback in this one playing Victoria Heys. To heighten the holiday horror, genre master Daniel Roebuck joins the cast as Santa Claus, an apparently improbable but maybe fatal enemy for Art the clown.
Terrifier 3 pushes the envelope of great horror by promising to be a terrifying and graphic holiday horror experience. The movie is sure to terrify and shock viewers with its strong images, graphic violence, and horrible atmosphere. Art the Clown's comeback combined with the holiday-themed components produces an original and disturbing mix of Christmas cheer and pure horror.
Although Terrifier 3 is scheduled to unleash its holiday horror over the globe, the official release date is yet unknown. The same company that debuted its predecessor, Cineverse, will handle distribution of the movie. Look forward more updates and teasers in the next months before the movie opens.
