He shows up with incredible abilities, seemingly from nowhere, challenging Agatha, and leaving viewers wondering how it all really happened. Even though this looks like some mysterious return from beyond the grave, what makes him so cool, and gives viewers something special? What makes him special is he never truly hid who he is! He knew his true identity and revealed he's not just someone who is part of a powerful coven.

If you've already watched WandaVision, it's likely you realized there were a lot of hints along the way! What this Marvel show brought us were several hints into how the Billy would appear in Agatha: Coven of Chaos. Billy, together with his brother Tommy (Speed) were created by Wanda in her powerful, though questionable hex that showed Westview the way that she imagined a great life for herself. Wanda gave birth in Episode 3, "Now in Color".
There was rapid aging! That was certainly part of WandaVision.

Things really looked bad for Billy at the end of WandaVision. It appeared Wanda lost the ability to maintain her hex! She got rid of it. It turned out there were lots of questions for this particular series!
Some fans might feel like he really died at this moment.
But something happened shortly after! Fans thought something changed!
- Wanda is shown reading the Darkhold after the hex dissipates!
- Billy's voice is heard, calling out for his mother, confirming his existence after the destruction of the hex!
The next part came into play, and is where this whole character shines! There's something magical for viewers! "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness," shows that this story would make a lasting impact! He really exists in another universe! However, after that tragic ending! His mother dies, meaning this really is a truly incredible comeback.
Wiccan's Return in Agatha: Coven of Chaos
This part came earlier in Agatha: Coven of Chaos, so that the return was something fans have seen all along. As "Teen," he was super skilled in magic, even managing to release Agatha from the Wanda hex. That's a key moment because we even got trailers to suggest this whole comeback story is real, with a remarkable magic show that would have made everyone wonder about this character!

Even with all these cool features in the Marvel universe. What's really notable, too is the unique parallel to what makes Wiccan even more popular. Billy Maximoff is actually Mephisto reincarnated!

That means a unique turn of events and brings an exciting twist!

While Agatha: Coven of Chaos might have its mysteries, the biggest takeaway is the arrival of Wiccan, with his raw power. The show sets things up perfectly for him. The stage is set and all the elements point towards him eventually joining The Young Avengers in the MCU, following Kamala Khan's efforts to get these amazing superheros together.
