We're about to see the awesome Master of Kung Fu return in the new Marvel Zombies Animated Series. You probably watched Shang-Chi kick butt in his own Marvel Cinematic Universe film, but now it's time to get zombified!

So Is Shang-Chi a Zombie?

Whoa there! He's still a survivor but kinda...zombified! The trailer, at Disney's D23, showed how crazy it all goes down.

Where is the Shang-Chi MCU Return Taking Place?

Shang-Chi's zombified adventure is set in the new Marvel Zombies series, an animated show picking up the plot of that 'What If…?' episode. We know that this was an apocalyptic show featuring zombie-like villains.

He's even with his pal Katy in the show. Remember their dynamic duo? They'll be facing hordes of zombies, it's gonna be a trip!
We even saw a glimpse of him with his dad - Wenwu! You know, the one with the Ten Rings - and they got tangled up with zombies!

When Can We Watch the Shang-Chi Marvel Zombies Adventure?

Hold onto your hats, 'cause the Release Date is still a mystery. All that's been said is that it will drop on Disney+ - that much is confirmed. And since the series will be broken up into four episodes, we can be pretty sure they'll show up soon!

What Else Should We Expect From Shang-Chi?

Well, Shang-Chi is no longer human in the Marvel Zombies series! He seems to have gotten a zombie bite - ouch! But the trailer hinted he’s surviving thanks to his awesome Ten Rings.
The Shang-Chi series also got a TV-MA rating - making this an action-packed thriller with serious scary stuff, so be prepared! We can expect some real gnarly zombie action!

So Who Will Be There?

Well, beyond Shang-Chi and Katy, you have to know that this show will have an insane cast! There are so many great Marvel characters like Kamala Khan (Ms. Marvel!), Kate Bishop, Jimmy Woo, and even those from Black Widow: Yelena Belova, Red Guardian, and even the Death Dealer! The 'What If…?' was really a start, and now, we're gonna get to dive deeper into a crazy zombified Marvel Universe. How can anyone miss out on that!
