When is "Ironheart" coming out?
Get ready, because "Ironheart" is hitting Disney+ in 2025. The show will be dropping after "Agatha: Coven of Chaos" and "Deadpool & Wolverine", but before "Daredevil: Born Again." This was just confirmed recently!
Why Is Ironheart on Hold for so Long?
Well, it actually took longer to make than everyone was expecting. At Comic-Con back in 2022, it seemed like it was gonna come out a lot sooner! It was a lot of work. It's going to be like one of those epic stories! They gotta make sure it is super epic!
What Is The Story Of "Ironheart"?
- "Ironheart" follows this genius teenager - Riri Williams! She is gonna create an amazing, super-powerful Ironheart armor - better than Iron Man's, even. Think of it like her big adventure in becoming one of the greatest Marvel superheroes - that's the coolest part!
- We actually get to see her make a new, really awesome, suit of armor, and we will also see her get kicked out of MIT, since she's a little bit rebellious. She has to find a new way to build her tech! This kinda echoes Tony Stark, so you might think, "is she going bad or something?"
Who Will Play Riri Williams in the show?
- The incredible Dominique Thorne is gonna bring Riri Williams to life on screen! We actually saw her first in "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" - that was awesome - and now she’s getting her very own MCU show.
- And if that wasn't enough to get people excited, you have Anthony Ramos as a villain! This dude has the skills to make a bad guy everyone will hate. His character - The Hood - could be a big part of Riri's whole arc as she discovers she wants to be a superhero. The cool part about this is it all looks super intense - that trailer shows off some action scenes!
- They still haven’t shared much about other Ironheart characters - and you gotta wonder: Will Spider-Man (Peter Parker) make a cameo in this series? What's cool is they both went to Midtown High, and are super interested in tech! They could even make that Ironheart suit more advanced!

- The official date is set, so check your calendars - Ironheart will drop on Disney+. It’ll be part of those Disney+ Originals!
