Though some of the cast members were unquestionably better singers than others, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds' musical episode was an overall success.
Beloved Star Trek: Strange New Worlds actor Bruce Horak is not sure whether he will come back in the third season. The wise, blind Aenar became a breakout character whereas Horak's Lt. Hemmer was always meant to die in Strange New Worlds season 1 to underscore the hazards faced by the USS Enterprise crew. Appearing in archive video and as a zombie version of Hemmer, Horak returned on Star Trek: Strange New Worlds season 2, episode 6, "Lost in Translation". At last, Horak enthralled viewers as the singing and dancing Klingon General Garkog performed in Strange New Worlds' musical.
Commander Pelia (Carol Kane) replaced Lt. Hemmer as the Chief Engineer of the USS Enterprise in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds season 2. Bruce Horak's comment that he is "lobbying" to bring General Garkog back seems to suggest that the singing Klingon won not show in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds season 3. Lt. Hemmer's protégé, Ensign Nyota Uhura (Celia Rose Gooding), has started traveling past grief over her mentor, hence it is unclear whether Lt. Hemmer can potentially make another appearance in Strange New Worlds season 3. Bruce Horak could, however, very likely resurfaced as a brand-new Star Trek: Strange New Worlds character in season 3. General Garkog very certainly needs an encore, though, particularly if he and his troops have maintained their K-pop band as Bruce Horak advises.
Actor from Star Trek has an interesting concept to revive singing Klingon from Strange New Worlds.
Bruce Horak of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds has a creative concept to resurrect General Garkog, the singing Klingon from the first-ever Musical. As the leader of the Klingons who became an impromptu K-pop group, Horak makes a surprise cameo in Strange New Worlds' musical, "Subspace Rhapsody. Played in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds season 1 as the recently dead Lt. Hemmer, the USS Enterprise's former Chief Engineer, General Garkog is Horak's second Strange New Worlds alien character.
