Choosing what to start with is difficult since practically every component of W0RLDTR33 #1, both created and written, adds to the ambiance and narrative of the issue. The most striking decision in this new horror series is definitely the design of the "monster"; PH34R is the actual star of w0rldtr33 thanks to Blanco's amazing character design. PH34R presents as a totally naked woman with dark gray tattoos going down her arms and between her breasts and half-pulled back bobbed blonde hair from her face. Usually, she shows up carrying a gun and a cell phone. One problem in and PH34R has reached the domain of the instantly-iconic, but the almost-detached frankness of her nudity makes this character very unsettling. PH34R's nakedness is significantly less erotic than it is somewhat disturbing.
Beyond the unforgettable—if absolutely nightmarish—design decisions, though, the true achievement of this inaugural issue is how it explores modern worries about the digital era and the impact of the Internet on culture, selfhood, and human connection. It is neither unusual or false to suppose that the structure of the Internet—both technologically and socially—has specific intentions on the human brain. Spend more, lose more time, sow more divisions. W0RLDTR33 advances this viewpoint by physically manifesting the ugliest, most horrific aspects of the Internet. What if the Internet was sentient, this question wonders, and indeed did have intentions toward us? And what if those designs match our worst fears exactly?

James Tynion IV has teamed up with Fernando Blanco, Jordie Bellaire, and Aditya Bidkar to produce w0rldtr33, a horror story about the darkest corners of the Internet after penning and publishing some of the most thrilling Horror Comics of the previous several years. w0rldtr33 #1 follows the aftermath of a savage murder spree outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Professional podcaster Ellison Lane is stunned to learn his younger brother Gibson is the indisputable killer; he aired the murders across social media and in a dark online area only referred to as the "Undernet." But Gibson was under the weird grip of the Undernet and its corporeal expression, a chillingly nude and tattooed lady known to the reader as PH43R. An intriguing man known only as Gabriel joins his old school pals in the wake of the Undernet's emergence; their past with the Undernet, PH43R, and a strange network known only as "w0rldtr33" already forms the intrigue at the core of this first issue.
The art and narrative of w0rldtr33 #1 will surely knock readers to their core; this is not a horror book for the timid. But the human stories at the core of this digital nightmare—a shared characteristic among James Tynion IV's horror books—will keep those readers returning for more. How will Ellison handle the things he has seen? Gabriel is who, and why are he and his buddies involved with the Undernet? Long enough to save themselves, could these people turn away from the brilliant screens?

It will captivate readers till the very last page and is full of mystery and suspense. The show centers on a group of friends drawn to an enigmatic house on a lake and the threats hiding inside.
As the protagonists learn more secrets about the house and their relationship to it, the fresh storyline will carry on their narrative. Fans of the show will be excitedly awaiting its debut since this arc is expected to be just as intriguing and exciting as the first.
