Spider-Man stories in this series could take some interesting turns as this animated series doesn't follow MCU Continuity but draws inspiration from Marvel Comics, taking cues from Silver Age Spider-Man.

What is Special About this Version of Peter Parker?
Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man cast has a lot of talented performers, including Hudson Thames Peter Parker! He's appeared in previous Spider-Man variant roles in Marvel Animation, specifically in "What If...? Zombies", and as part of the "Avengers: Quantum Encounter". Now, with this 2D-Animated Series, fans can be excited about this character, while Tom Holland Peter Parker, is off having his adventures.
Is Daredevil Involved?
Fans will be thrilled to see the return of Daredevil! Charlie Cox Daredevil has already been voicing the character for this series, as well as getting to reprise his role in Daredevil: Born Again, which is coming out soon!
Does "Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man" Connect to the MCU?
While Marvel Studios has been producing the series, this series doesn't tie to the films! If you were expecting to see the continuation of the events that occurred in Spider-Man: No Way Home, it will be a separate journey from the main MCU continuity. It is also quite interesting as we don't see any crossover characters from She-Hulk: Attorney At Law, or a scene where we see him team up with Daredevil Co-Stars, Foggy and Kingpin.
