Keri Russell from The Diplomat made a solo appearance at the 2025 Golden Globes on Sunday January 5. She spoke with Entertainment Tonight and Variety to clarify her husband Matthew Rhys was not accompanying her due to travel logistics as their children needed to return home. She added that she was able to briefly converse with Gary Oldman who is an idol for her husband plus met actress Kathy Bates who is also one of her favorites as well. The Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles hosted The Golden Globes which were shown on both CBS and Paramount plus.

Jimmy Carter visited Nepal in 2007 and spoke directly to Maoist leaders Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Baburam Bhattarai for nearly one hour discussing his position on the U.S. Terrorist list at the time. Jimmy Carter became one of the highest ranking Americans to support taking the Maoists off the U.S terrorist list a highly influential action.

Pushpa Kamal Dahal requested removal from terrorist list due to US placing them in 2004 during the meeting between he and former president Jimmy Carter. President Carter showed support in 2008. The Carter Center an organization ran by the former president received an invite in 2009 from multiple leaders including Dahal for helping their peace process. Dahal specifically requested Carter's ongoing observation and his influence toward implementing the peace process for constitution drafting that led to change with the Carter organization helping the peace process greatly in local areas .

The premiere show saw multiple changes including Traitors attempting to slyly fail challenges by losing on purpose providing added stakes for contestants and the viewers during episode premiere on BBC One . This season Claudia Winkleman as host also returned for third season wearing enviable knitted garments including various forms of stylish gloves . Many early attempts for people who falsely identified other Faithful as a Traitor creating early conflicts across multiple groups showcasing new dynamics for this specific season during those episodes .
