Special Forces : World's Toughest Test has returned for a third season. This series pushes celebrities both mentally and physically using tests modeled after the US special forces training programs. Each episode reveals who will endure, and who will fall to challenges of this extreme environment.
Sixteen new celebrity recruits have arrived in the mountains of Wales to compete. This will show the grueling elements of military training including mental and physical strength while navigating complicated situations. These real world situations push every aspect of the human body and can be incredibly challenging to overcome as shown on screen.
The "recruits" are given tasks overseen by former special forces operatives. Each challenge either pushes them further or serves as their downfall when they tap out. All of those included will have their own journey through the challenges that may or may not carry them to the end. Viewers get an up close and personal look at a person’s decision-making.
The initial episodes saw quick exits for a few individuals due to the intensity of the course which includes various forms of physical and mental limitations .
Stephen Baldwin was the first one to exit the show due to what he stated was an injury while entering a helicopter, where he claims he hurt his meniscus. Citing that his prior career had limitations made him pull out before any serious risk would be taken with his body.
Ali Fedotowsky and Denise Richards were removed from the show early after they suffered hand and back injuries , making it too difficult to continue during any future training sessions. It also gives an inside view of the risk every person was willing to take on while participating.
After the departures of the initial three there was a diverse range of people who still remained in the show. Their strength resilience and strategies will be followed over the course of time.
