Playing Lois Lane, Elizabeth Tulloch is getting DC audiences ready to witness a strong Superman comic book arc developed into Superman & Lois Season 4. The Superman & Lois television show is linked to the Arrowverse even though it is set on another planet since the Greg Berlanti-produced drama will be the last DC television show on The CW.
Many have questioned how the final season of Superman & Lois would wrap the show since its season 3 finale. Speaking about Superman & Lois Season 4, due to broadcast this autumn, Tulloch (via Youtube) discussed this year's Superman Celebration event. Given that the Superman & Lois season 3 finale closed on a genuine cliffhanger when Clark Kent confronts Doomsday, it is reasonable to anticipate that the season 4 premiere will start up just where it left off.
Given the times, it would make logical if the Superman & Lois season 4 premiere changed its portrayal of The Death of Superman, whereby Godzilla kills the Man of Steel. One way the show might "boldly" adapt this is to address both The Death of Superman and Reign of the Supermen in the first episode, so murdering Clark and then bringing him back, maybe via a time leap to save this from being too sudden in the internal chronology of the show.
Based on the narrative of a Star Trek: The Next Generation episode he directed, Jonathan Frakes responded "shocked" to Star Trek: Discovery based season 5. Since he started as a director in season 2, Jonathan has always thought of Star Trek: Discovery as his "home" program on Paramount+; yet, he never thought Discovery season 5 would acquire its story from one of his TNG episodes.
Jonathan Frakes told Screen Rant just why he was "really surprised" when Star Trek: Discovery season 5 follows Star Trek: The Next Generation season 6 episode, "The Chase." Frakes also compared Star Trek's direction in Rick Berman's 1990s era to that of the present series. View his quotation below:
Unlike the Rick Berman era's luck of the draw, the fact that directors are assigned episodes based on what the producers believe they would excel at, and that there are simply less Star Trek episodes produced in the streaming era than in Star Trek's syndication and broadcast network era, the cinematic visual style of the younger series where directors like Jonathan Frakes encouraged to "shoot to thrill" is encouraged. Based in the aftermath of the "Crisis on Infinite Earths" crossover, which saw the multiverse fall apart and planets merge into what is now Earth Prime, The CW series falls under the Arrowverse. Superman & Lois tracks the challenges of being parents to two adolescent children as Lois Lane ( Elizabeth Tulloch) and Clark Kent ( Tyler Hoechlin) negotiate the demands of their careers. The Arrowverse is no foreign territory for Lois and Clark; Hoechlin's Superman first appeared in Supergirl season 2. Originally appearing in the 2018 "Elseworlds" crossover, Tulloch's Lois first Rising stars join the pair, including a fresh interpretation of Lana Lang.
