Is Sir Reginald Hargreeves Still Alive in "The Umbrella Academy" Season 4?
If you just watched the Season 4 finale, you've got to be wondering what happened to Sir Reginald, the crazy adoptive dad of the Hargreeves siblings from The Umbrella Academy! The season ended with a pretty big twist. So was the guy behind all the chaos - still kicking around - after those massive events?
Reginald Might Still Be Around!
Here's the thing - Reginald is the reason all this mayhem happened. His little "experiment" led to the Hargreeves siblings gaining their incredible superpowers! Because he was trying to control the world! We got a lot more info about his messed up past in Season 3 too. It makes you think, he could still be alive! Since we know that he had a lot of things to do with all that chaos, including that big Cleanse - that timeline reset - his legacy still lingers, and there might be another version of him that's hanging out somewhere!
Will He Actually Be Part of Season 5?
Hold onto your hats, we haven't heard anything about Season 5. It's not 100% confirmed that it is actually going to happen. So it's kinda up in the air if Reginald will be making a grand return! That's how the producers like to leave us, keeping that suspense in the air!

- It's not a simple answer! Those Hargreeves Siblings really sacrificed everything! That ending was totally nuts - they erased themselves from the universe! - It is possible that Reginald did get "wiped clean" but the writers are being sneaky, not letting us see him disappear entirely. And because that massive Cleanse reset everything, the idea is that it's possible Sir Reginald survived the mayhem. It's still really unclear because there might be a lot more twists!
- He was totally gone from Season 1 and Season 2 of The Umbrella Academy. The biggest problem is that no one can actually prove if he actually is alive. If you go back to the events at the end of Season 3, though - he might have been taken down by a really powerful creature that actually killed his wife as well!

Even though we might be done with the Hargreeves, and we're not really sure what’s up with Sir Reginald Hargreeves (Is he even dead?). If you are a big fan of this series - which totally came from the comic book, with amazing illustrations and an equally awesome story - it’s definitely gonna make you wanna binge everything again! And don’t forget that it’s all about those powers, which actually come from a special particle called the "Marigold!" It's pretty intense. So if they are making Season 5 - this one could be pretty cool - and definitely exciting to watch.
