Hysteria: Get Ready for Satanic Panic Horror Comedy

Get Ready For Hysteria: The Satanic Panic Is Coming!

Are you ready for some fun, creepy Horror? Well, you're in luck! This fall is getting wild with "Hysteria", the new show starring Bruce Campbell (you know, Ash from "Evil Dead") and Julie Bowen ("Modern Family"). And don't forget this - the series has some major satanic panic energy - which was a HUGE deal in the 1980s!

What is Hysteria all about?

It's set in that era when satanic stuff was taking over the world and things got a bit intense. A cool new town that feels safe enough gets flipped upside down! You have to wonder how safe that town actually is!

The show's Trailer is pretty epic! You've got Bowen's character at home - it all seems super normal, but then everything goes a little freaky with demonic visions, too!

A town's varsity quarterback disappears and it’s up to a rockin’ heavy metal band to set things straight, except this band doesn’t really like satanic things.

Who's in the Cast?

  • Along with Bruce and Julie - they have a stellar group on board! This makes "Hysteria" a really strong cast! There's also Anna Camp - think of her in “Pitch Perfect,” too, - and Emjay Anthony from “The Conjuring,” and Chiara Aurelia - you might have seen her in “Cruel Summer"! So you know it’s a big show!

What Else Should We Know About "Hysteria?"

Think of "Hysteria" as this horror comedy series that takes the slasher movies from the 1980s to a new level. The 8-episode series is full of creepy stuff - with some big laughs too. There are tons of spooky happenings!

How Can I Watch Hysteria?

All eight Hysteria episodes will drop at once - on October 18, 2024. Then they are releasing on USA Network and SYFY, so get those TVs warmed up! Or maybe get comfy on your sofa and watch it all on Peacock, the streaming service!

Don't forget to watch "Hysteria" with a friend! You’re gonna be in for a really fun ride, with tons of horror comedy vibes, plus you can check out a cool mix of new stars!
