At first, Tori, might appear like a minor player who is helping Charlie's growth in the series. This makes sense because Tori is Charlie's older sister. It's so great, when this happens. This time it is Jenny Walser. This actor is a young Londoner and made it onto the screen as the 29-year-old star behind the role of "Tori! If you think she was always meant to act and be a part of the world of theatre and performance?

Well, you wouldn't be too far off as she went through special training for dancing at The Rona Hart School of Dance. Then to further her studies, she entered the National Youth Theater REP Company. This gave her even more experience, but then she was lucky enough to star in this big Netflix series, Heartstopper.

What makes her part so special? Heartstopper really helped propel Walser's career, allowing her to be seen by fans around the world. Walser, even before appearing on Heartstopper only appeared on another show called "Call The Midwife,", and it was just a short time on that show in 2021, and since then has not appeared in anything else, giving a sense of the impact of this series, and it appears she might be in a few other upcoming roles. That being said. You will most certainly see her in Season 4, but fans have to hope that the show gets renewed for the fourth time. That makes this so great!

When we talk about this particular role, we are in a unique situation where it isn't just one character that is focused upon.

The Heartstopper story brings audiences to a setting in which the actors are very young and navigating all of life's big events, like growing up, friendship and finding a place within love and relationships. With this special set of characters! You get to learn that in Season 1, Charlie is 14 or 15 years old! That's because he is in the British education system during the 10th year of schooling! While Tori is his "older sister". It seems there isn't that much difference in their ages. Tori is only one year older than Charlie!

That makes the dynamic and bond even stronger as the years go by in this series!

When we get to the events of Season 3, Nick is searching for the right college, making him, 17 years old, in this special world of Heartstopper. As he gets older, that also puts Charlie and Tori, both "17 years old" by this point in the series. This helps explain why their bond is even greater!
