Well, they're off to the big time, becoming parents in their own TV show, called "Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage."
Fans will finally get answers to their most asked questions after Young Sheldon, as this will show how life is like after they tied the knot, as those young, first-time parents, especially because it takes place a few months after Sheldon's dad died - the news that came at the end of Young Sheldon, and we really need to know if Georgie and Mandy make it out alive!
This Spinoff has fans going wild, though they did keep some things super hush-hush, like when this will come out and how they got married!
Is the Church a Bad Guy in "Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage"?
Remember, the main church Pastor in Young Sheldon seemed to have driven a huge wedge in the Cooper family at one point, and we don't know what happened with this. So it might sound like the church conflict will make its way into "Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage" too - but guess what - the church isn't actually the villain in this new show. It looks like Audrey McAllister - that is, Mandy's mom - might just be the one who drives everyone a little crazy.
Who is Audrey McAllister, the Mom?
Remember that stern Mandy Mom from Young Sheldon? Fans thought that maybe, she might have softened up to Mandy since Baby Cece was born, but the real bad news for Georgie is that Audrey doesn't think he's the right one for Mandy! She makes that pretty clear - and since the series lead actor (Montana Jordan) hinted about what's happening in "Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage,” we can see that things between her and Georgie are still pretty tough. Audrey, a tough cookie, and doesn't even think that Georgie has what it takes! And in the first show, she kept saying that Georgie is a dropout and hasn't got his life together, after Meemaw's casino was shut down.
It's a bit wild - you never really see this kind of dynamic in family dynamics! It makes you think: "Is this kind of like the real world?!"
