Wooden human-like statues guard its edges, and this is not something The townspeople would know too much about. What makes these even weirder! Is the town itself!

The series takes this to an interesting level because if we look at a key object the town uses. These totems! Those seem to offer protection against monsters. What’s really awesome is that viewers get to understand these wooden human-like statues and see that these may just be the other side of this world that was created.

What made the characters decide to leave this area is the fact that Jade keeps getting these hallucinations or what is happening to him! These strange moments, which are very troubling to say the least.

It is apparent these totems are not necessarily friendly for people but might be what caused that horrific moment, and this town is known for keeping a long line of victims in their past!

For fans who like horror! There’s something to be appreciated in the "From" universe! While it may feel like we get some major plot reveals as viewers! If you think something is true it may not be, for sure! As one example: Jade's intense interest in symbols. This will give "From" an even darker, chilling layer as these characters search to stay safe from The monsters. You won't want to miss it!
