James Gunn's DCU Starts With a BANG (and Some Bites!): Creature Commandos!

Get ready for a wild ride! James Gunn and Peter Safran's new DC Universe kicks off with Creature Commandos, an animated series featuring some of the weirdest and most obscure DC characters ever! Announced in January 2023 (part of the "Gods and Monsters" Chapter 1), this seven-episode series will be the first new project in this entirely re-imagined universe. 7. Indira Varma as the Bride of Frankenstein: A Monster of Romance

Indira Varma (Game of Thrones, Rome, Obi-Wan Kenobi) adds class! She brings the Bride of Frankenstein to life! That role alone has some great moments. She is an important member of that special unit and her unique contributions to it really shows off those subtle elements, showing her importance. In comics she works with SHADE and had a relationship with Frankenstein—creating tons of dramatic potential.
