So seeing Goldstein clean-shaven in Shrinking? A big surprise, really adding to the tension! Goldstein’s performance showcases yet another range as his new character (a drunk driver involved in a deadly accident), already highlighting a character drastically different from Kent's typically outward display, creating entirely different levels of performance that made that character distinct. His silent guilt has the actor take on new ranges within acting that makes the shift immediately stand out.

Shrinking introduces Goldstein's character unexpectedly and mysteriously in Season 2, having caused a deadly drunk driving accident which affects everyone else around this particular character, resulting in an intensely different plot arc, highlighting a troubled man seeking atonement after that severe tragedy.
