Filming started in August 2024 (via RadioTimes), putting season 3 on track for a 2025 release! The first official hints from earlier also suggested the expected date for its release.

That's also confirmed: a Christmas special in December 2024 (similar to seasons 1 and 2)! The main series will follow a few weeks later. We will hopefully expect those other important holiday-themed content coming toward the end of that year.
