Agatha All Along: Will Only Agatha Survive? Shocking MCU Theory!

The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) keeps expanding! And Agatha All Along, a new series streaming on Disney+, is adding some crazy twists to the supernatural side of things! This series continues after the events of WandaVision.

A New Coven of Witches

The main character, Agatha Harkness (played by Kathryn Hahn), is on a mission to regain her magical powers and walks the Witches' Road with a brand-new coven! What is especially wild, is this isn't some random group but a set of talented witches including the divination expert Lilia Calderau (Patti Lupone), potion master Jennifer Hale (Sasheer Zamata), the protection witch Alice Wu-Gulliver (Ali Ahn), the fierce green witch Rio Vidal (Aubrey Plaza), and the surprisingly non-magical Sharon Davis (Debra Jo Rupp)! This group also welcomes a young man called "Teen" (Joe Locke) who looks to aid this epic adventure.

A Brutal Theory

Fans on Reddit have been buzzing with a shocking theory, shared by @KingofTalokan. It appears this coven is in major danger! This is based off of the series and the idea that Agatha might just be trying to take over all their power for her personal use.

This dark theory? That only one will survive the journey and it’s going to be Agatha. It may sound outrageous! But a few things from earlier seasons and this current one lend credit to the idea.

The Witches' Road pushes its witches to their absolute limits.
Agatha already wiped out her previous coven.
We've even already lost one witch- Sharon Davis!

Why This Theory Makes Sense

It’s totally brutal! To wipe out a brand new group of witches almost before you could fully get to know them all. What makes it fascinating? It creates major stakes for everyone! There would be a truly surprising plot twist and Agatha might feel protective towards them after getting them to participate!

However, based off what we see so far. She might still be selfishly planning to use everyone, maybe not quite as much as expected because she is being threatened as well. Adding an interesting new spin! This powerful coven and its impact!

The mysterious figure, Rio Vidal who may be a stand-in for Marvel’s Lady Death might be trying to go against Agatha Harkness
She has history with Agatha, and she’s hoping Agatha goes through with destroying them, which is a pretty terrible ending.

Why The Theory Might Not Be True

While the thought of everyone dying, save Agatha is amazing! This could end the characters. Killing them all could really impact future MCU stories and mean we won't see them pop up in other Marvel adventures, too.

On the other hand! Keeping this coven alive helps the supernatural storylines for Earth-616 to progress. A few of them show up in MCU projects, helping the storyline to gain a lot more depth.
