It appears that there is more to give with a story full of complexity, with the help of those big stories. The Siege of Eregion in season 2 really had its epic moment with Adar playing the big villain as his forces surrounded the elven kingdoms!

A battle for the ages takes place but even these exciting events have an odd element that doesn't make a great deal of sense!
What happened to "Sauron", we know him to be the biggest threat, even with his transformation into a familiar character as he had once appeared to everyone as "Halbrand"? But with Celebrimbor, the iconic, legendary creator of these "rings."
You may remember Charlie Vickers playing the super deceptive "Annatar." But not as "Sauron", it appears he took a big leap and we have the story!
This character makes his big entrance with an equally cunning, complex personality.
The elven allies as well are trying to fend off this new power of evil!

It seems, these heroes were battling, trying to do all they could to protect everyone, the stakes didn't really feel all that significant.

Some fans have asked themselves this big question! Did The Rings of Power rely so much on our prior knowledge? It is understandable, though, because they are telling an amazing story full of legendary details.

Fans will remember those legendary, pivotal events! This show did its best to take these events to a whole new level, giving audiences an idea of the importance behind this narrative, which really shaped all these movies.

What makes it unique for Amazon is that it was taking those major stories. Then it seems, it became very hesitant in its development as well as with this specific series, but also the story's production. It appears they really got overwhelmed by these major moments, creating a show full of interesting action but missing out on creating some special moments and tension!

The latest season's finale has some fans left frustrated as The Rings of Power made some choices about how its storyline played out. There are a couple of big details that left some audiences confused! That includes "The Stranger", but in the end we learn that the real figure behind that identity, was one of Lord of the Rings most powerful characters!

Everyone expected it to be "Gandalf!
As this character entered the series! Many started to notice that the story really hadn't incorporated him and all of his power and knowledge that has always been central to the storyline.

While they were keeping viewers in the dark about what this powerful character could do in the next chapter. It looks like a few of those choices. For instance, the decision to reveal his identity right now, it appeared like something that should have happened long ago.

There is so much in this incredible show, and what stood out is that the entire cast put in a truly powerful performance!

In season 2, they brought to life a particularly impactful tragedy, which gave viewers some truly heartfelt emotions! There were many, such as the amazing, legendary figure in the Lord of the Rings history who had an incredible loss. It all revolved around "Khazad-dûm," and it’s hard to go wrong! There was a sense of history! These iconic characters played the roles, the incredible performances that brought this epic to a higher level! Those included Sophia Nomvete as "Disa" and "Owain Arthur" who starred as "Prince Durin IV" They, as well as, Peter Mullan, who made the big entrance as "Durin III".

"The Rings of Power" does bring the most beloved moments of Tolkien's works. Yet, for those of us who adore this world, you may just find an event that might leave you feeling as if this is a series, still trying to get back on the right path to bringing this to a whole new, more exciting level!

It appears The Rings of Power, even though it had a pretty exciting release, a well done set and great talent, they just might not have hit those magic moments, that gave the books, such a distinct feel and for a time, even the "Lord of the Rings" movies as well. We are waiting to see just what comes next.

For sure, this series has a lot going on that will bring audiences some truly spectacular experiences in these coming years! And Amazon has done so much to get things rolling!
