Billy West voices Philip J. Fry, Professor Farnsworth, Dr. Zoidberg, and Zapp Brannigan in Futurama. Billy West is a prolific voice actor and one of several actors in the Futurama cast who voices multiple minor and single-line characters, as well as many recurring ones.
Philip J. Fry is Billy West's main Futurama character. He is a lovable, but somewhat clumsy, pizza delivery boy from 1999 who is cryogenically frozen for 1000 years. He wakes up in the year 3000 and finds himself in a strange new world. Fry is often the butt of jokes, but he is also a good-hearted and loyal friend.
Professor Hubert J. Farnsworth is a brilliant but grumpy old scientist and Fry's descendant. He is prone to falling asleep and has a habit of making strange inventions. Despite his age and eccentricity, he is a valuable member of the Planet Express crew.
Dr. John A. Zoidberg is a lobster-like alien who serves as the Planet Express ship's doctor. Despite his lack of medical skills, he is a loyal friend to Fry and the rest of the crew. He is often the target of jokes for his odd appearance and his incompetence.

Turanga Leela is the female lead of the show. A one-eyed mutant, her tough exterior poorly hides many insecurities. The relationship between Fry and Leela is key to Futurama with Leela caring for Fry, but not always seeing a romantic future with him. She is the most capable warrior of the main characters, yet feels like an outsider having grown up as an orphan mutant.
John DiMaggio voices Bender in Futurama. John DiMaggio is another successful voice actor best known as the voice of Jake in Adventure Time. He has also voiced The Joker in several DC animated movies and has had a number of live-action television roles. He recently was part of the voice cast of Transformers: Rise of the Beasts.

Lauren Tom voices Amy Wong in Futurama. Lauren Tom was born in Highland Park, Illinois, and broke big in a stage production of A Chorus Line before expanding her career to film and television.
Amy Wong is a somewhat klutzy and naive intern working at Planet Express. She is responsible for a lot of great slapstick humor in the show as she finds herself in dangerous situations while being totally oblivious to them. She comes from a rich family and can have the tendency to be spoiled, but she also wants the chance to defy her overbearing parents.
Maurice LaMarche voices Kif Kroker and Calculon in Futurama. Maurice LaMarche is best known for playing Brain in Pinky and the Brain as well as Egon Spengler in The Real Ghostbusters.
Kif Kroker is the second in command to Zapp Brannigan. He is the smarter and more capable military mind between the two, but his calls for rational action go unheeded by Brannigan who often puts Kif in danger and blames him when things go wrong.
