The new show premieres Sunday, January 26th, 2025, following the AFC Championship Game (either at 10 p.m. ET or after the game ends), before settling into its regular Sunday 10 p.m. ET timeslot starting February 16th. Watson, six months after the death of Holmes by the equally famous Moriarty, opens up a medical clinic that specialises in rare diseases!
