A Tracker Reunion:
The hit series Tracker is based on Jeffery Deaver's novel The Never Game. Justin Hartley stars as Colter Shaw, an incredible survivalist and tracker who works on mysterious cases around the US.
Ackles made his first appearance in season 1, episode 9 as Colter's estranged brother, Russell.
This will be the first onscreen team up for Ackles and Hartley in this exciting sequel season.

Hartley And Ackles Speak
Fans will get even more from Hartley as he had great praise for Ackles' work as Russell, revealing that the pair has had such a fun experience teaming up in Tracker.
- Hartley explains that he and Ackles have known each other, and they even acted in Smallville! Although they never appeared on-screen together.
- It will come as a surprise as he confirms, “he’s coming back!” Hartley even suggested, Ackles is the only one capable of delivering Russell!
What's In Store For Season 2
Elwood Reid, the showrunner of the series confirmed that Ackles is going to show up in "more than one" episode! It appears this return is more than a simple cameo role.
- Russell is coming back because the first season ended in such a significant way for Colter Shaw, bringing light to secrets within the Shaw family, something the second season is sure to give more light to!
- It looks like episode 2. Called "Ontological Shock," airs on October 20, 2024! The episode continues with an awesome mystery. The series opens with Colter Shaw, gone! Missing while he’s out investigating what happened to his father.
