The show isn't just stopping at one super villain though! The amazing Lex Luthor, played by Michael Cudlitz, is back. If that's not epic enough, what's going on this season might bring back some familiar enemies, even beyond the ones that we've seen.

Lex Luthor was responsible for making Doomsday in the first place by doing his experiments on Bizarro! But wait, there's another twist!

Brainiac's Arrival?

The most shocking thing of all is that another epic villain from the DC Universe is in play: Brainiac!

In one of the key scenes, you might have noticed something significant that viewers and fans caught on to!

An individual by the name of "Milton" is connected to technology!
Later the character gets referenced again as "Brainiac."

For those who love comic books and DC Comics, you might remember that "Milton Fine" was actually a past alias for Brainiac! That really has fans excited! If this new addition makes it into the show, we will certainly be given some remarkable action sequences, especially in what's set to be the final season!

Why Brainiac is a Perfect Addition

The producers were originally looking to take this story far into future seasons, going well past season 7! But as changes in the networks took place. Season 4 ended up becoming the final chapter in this particular DC Series!

It's actually pretty sad! Because it is unfortunate! That this super show, Superman & Lois won't have a chance to give audiences a final confrontation between Superman and Brainiac! There could be something huge waiting as Brainiac can change things!

That would truly bring Brainiac to fight Jordan Kent and the entire family and their allies!

Brainiac's Possible Appearance?

So you might be wondering, what's the big reveal? There has been so much buildup that audiences might be really curious!

Showrunner Todd Helbing mentioned something big. It was intended as an early tease for a huge addition! Then it's something to watch out for!

It appears, Brainiac's name was purposefully given, as there will be major changes in the upcoming episodes!

Helbing made another important statement in his interview with TVLine.

He suggested that there will be an incredibly well-known DC Comics figure teased and that individual will show up little by little, until we finally meet the person on screen!

This all looks like it will point towards Brainiac but time will tell whether audiences get the thrill of watching him on screen, as the Superman & Lois team faces its biggest enemy in its finale!
