Smallville's Lois Lane: A Mom?! 'Crisis on Infinite Earths' Twist

Fans of the series, Smallville, were in for a major surprise! There were big reveals in the Arrowverse crossover "Crisis on Infinite Earths," and one big, unexpected twist in the storyline included Clark Kent, and his beloved Lois Lane, from Smallville, actually being parents!

But it wasn't only the news of their children. It gave a ton of interesting insights into what Lois might be like!

Smallville’s Classic Pair

It really was a blast from the past! The show, which aired for an incredible 10 years, from 2001 through 2011, told an amazing origin story about Superman!

The Smallville team, including Tom Welling (as Clark Kent) and Erica Durance, who played Lois Lane, were able to make their roles some of the most recognized, cherished ones! What made their work really come to life was the incredible commitment to the actors! The pair were able to do a great job at embodying Clark and Lois. The chemistry they had was incredible!

In "Crisis on Infinite Earths" Tom Welling, Erica Durance, and even the whole Smallville crew returned and were a major part of this cross over.

It was such an incredible turn of events for Clark, who was no longer just the Man of Steel but also "Dad!"

But then again, we had to really hear more about "Lois.

It all happened when Durance shared her thoughts about what she imagined "Lois" would have been like. You know. A mother. It was a moment where fans could imagine those cool interactions!

"Lois, would have been a great mom, for sure!" "She is intense. She’d be impatient. She’s fierce. I bet those kids will learn some resilience. She’s going to make them strong! The best part about this is, Lois will definitely gang up on Clark!”

Lois As A Mother in a Potential Smallville Revival:

To get a real, good picture, the series made an effort to show viewers all the complexities! Fans loved Smallville, it was full of those special moments, including showing us how Clark evolved to become a powerful superhero, while showing a truly inspiring, loving, side of Lois!

We all have waited with great anticipation, to see a potential animated sequel, so what this show's revival would bring! The Crisis on Infinite Earths, has made some awesome things! Especially the inclusion of a story with Lois as a mom and showing how they balance raising children, working in their careers, and all the chaos! There's even a greater opportunity to watch how their marriage works out!

For those who were major fans of Smallville and got to see it during that long, amazing period on The CW! Fans are eagerly awaiting a new, awesome return of these icons. For now, it is more speculation!
