However, Murphy has a caveat! You see, he feels the only way he's willing to continue it would be if the Netflix series stars who played Lyle and Erik are on board!

It turns out, these roles had such a deep impact on these actors that Murphy would respect their desires, making a point of saying that if Nicholas Alexander Chavez and Cooper Koch wanted to join, Murphy might release one or two episodes, but there won't be a season 2!

If it wasn't a real impact to watch it would also show us how these trials continue to move people.

In the interview with Variety, Murphy, pointed out that there was a chance "Monsters" could bring more, meaning Season 3 is already in the works!
