This ruthless boss was not just someone who gave audiences a big bad, Vargas even murdered a top FBI agent. And he had a pretty rough time during the story!
Vargas and the FBI didn't give up! He continued to try and wreak havoc from prison! This menacing character still gives those who watch a good sense of terror as he taunts the crew.

The whole idea, which fans will understand is that this Character brings so much more depth and gives them a reason to look back at the show and maybe wonder about who is more on the good side. It appears that some big, terrible things happened as his wife and child were tragically taken.
