Evil, that awesome psychological mystery show, got canceled early. But it's found a second life on streaming services like Paramount+ and Netflix! This unexpected boost is making people really hopeful that it might return somehow. The show follows this trio of totally different characters – a skeptical psychologist (Katja Herbers), a priest-in-training (Mike Colter), and a tech expert (Aasif Mandvi)—who investigate those creepy supernatural cases around New York. We talked to co-creators Michelle and Robert King at New York Comic Con. Michelle King said: "It's fantastic. I love the fact that even more people are enjoying the show now that it's gotten on Netflix."

Robert King, however had something more nuanced to add: "And I'm disappointed because they found it too late. Why can't we back up history about a year? Because a lot of the fans came are probably a little too late to save the show. Although never say never, who knows?"

Evil's Streaming Triumph: A Little Too Late?

The Kings knew going into season 4 it was the last. Paramount made it clear.
