One might expect a reunion.
"Rogue" co-writer Herron asked in an interview with TV Insider whether a reunion was feasible. Although the "Find me" in the script wasn't meant to be a clue, the sentence that ended up in the last episode gave the writer hope. She also said she would be flattered should showrunner Russell T Davies decide to bring Rogue back going forward. See Herron's complete answer here below:
I consider Briony and me to be cheeky. Russell let us keep it in there; we just entered "Find me,," and the Doctor has his ring. We were like, maybe they'll take it out, but Russell allowed us keep it in there. No, then. Look, we love Rogue, clearly, and we were thrilled. Russell would thus be quite courteous if he choose to bring Rogue back.
Rogue's Groundbreaking Romance: The Doctor
Played by Jonathan Groff, the character first appeared in episode 6, "Rogue," where the space-faring single bounty hunter was looking for insane Chuldur imposters in Regency-era ball. Although the first exchange between the Doctor and Rogue was frigid, sparks quickly developed between the two, but the innovative Romance came to an abrupt sad end.
The showrunner for this new Doctor seems to be pushing fresh series territory. Although the show is well-known for its numerous friends, it never really investigates a love story, which is why this new relationship between the Doctor and Rogue is so interesting.
Doctor Who: A Reviewed Classic
Originally originally televised in 1963, Doctor Who is a sci-fi series about the Doctor—a powerful entity known as a Time Lord. Traveling time and space with different companions, the Doctor solves several problems and helps prevent catastrophe as much as he almost causes using an interdimensional time-traveling ship called the TARDIS. Though the Doctor is always the same character, they go through regenerations that allow them to be recast every few seasons as a different immortal being with new personality traits.
As fresh seasons arrive, this show has been shining. Many enjoy this well-known show.
