Chicago P.D. Season 12: The Hunt For Upton's Replacement Is On

But not only do you need to solve problems, you need someone who is able to give a reality check, to the boss of the team.

It’s going to take someone with a strong character. We need someone to keep Voight in check, which seems to be a difficult mission in "Chicago P.D.", since he's a man of his word. But in a lot of ways, he might push those boundaries. And not necessarily be as ethical as you would think! If there's one character who will be the most important person to keep Voight balanced and doing the right thing it is Burgess!

The second-in-command of this team has a lot of responsibilities and for the new season that is something fans are on the lookout for. It appears that the cast are suggesting Burgess will become the new head!
